Vegane Kartoffelsuppe für kalte Tage. Schmeckt super, ist schnell gemacht. Lass es Dir schmecken. :-)
Passend zum Wetter gibt's heute mal was köstliches zu Essen: Kartoffelsuppe
Für die Basissuppe braucht Ihr:
- Kartoffeln
- Karotten
- Zwiebeln
- Knoblauch
- Knollensellerie
- Lauch
- Gemüsebrühe
- Majoran
- Salz
- Pfeffer
- Öl
- frische Petersilie (glatt oder kraus, egal)
Kartoffeln, Karotten und Sellerie schälen, würfeln und waschen. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch schälen und grob würfeln. Lauch waschen und in grobe Scheiben schneiden.
Das Gemüse in einem Topf mit Öl anbraten. Den Grad der Röstaromen bestimmst Du 😉
Mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen und köcheln lassen, bis alles weich ist. Die Gewürze nach Gusto dazugeben und pürieren.
Du kannst die Suppe genießen wie sie ist oder mit Zutaten Deiner Wahl anpassen.

According to the weather, there is something delicious to eat today:
potato soup
You need for the basic soup:
- potatoes
- carrots
- onions
- garlic
- celery root
- Leeks
- vegetable broth
- marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- oil
- fresh parsley (smooth or curly, it doesn't matter)
Peel, dice and wash the potatoes, carrots and celery. Peel and roughly dice the onions and garlic. Wash the leek and cut into large slices.
Fry the vegetables in a saucepan with oil. You determine the degree of roasted aromas 😉
Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer until everything is soft. Add the spices to taste and puree.
You can enjoy the soup as it is or customize it with ingredients of your choice.
