I don't argue about taste; my palate makes the decision. And if it also looks pretty, both my palate and I are quite convinced.
Today, my palate and I felt like pizza bread. I've been experimenting with it a lot lately. Sometimes I make small capsules, sometimes flat and large, round, square, and sometimes I surrender to the dough's will to take shape. Do I put something on it or just the dough with a little oil? Possibilities upon possibilities. As you can see, you can even turn pizza bread into a science.
Or not. Today, in any case, I wanted the full program. Pizza bread with garlic and vegetables.
Suddenly, I was in the mood, and out came a pizza bread picture. It's very simple: just slice the vegetables instead of cutting them into strips. Then arrange them nicely, and your picture is ready.
What you need for the dough:

500g flour
250 ml lukewarm water
25g yeast
2 tsp salt
1 pinch of sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
a few herbs like oregano or basil
Mix the ingredients together and knead them vigorously. The more you knead your dough, the better it will be in the end. Once everything is well mixed, let your dough rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
Now take your dough, knead and fold it well again. Cut off a piece. Then pull the remaining dough into shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a floured baking tray. Round, square, oval, freestyle, whatever. The main thing is thin. Your dough will thank you if you do NOT roll it out, but rather stretch it with your fingers or swirl it around your finger like your trusted pizza maker ;-)
When the dough is nice and flat, prick it with a fork and drizzle it with oil. I used garlic oil because I love garlic. From the cut-off piece of dough, pull a long cord and place it around your dough like a frame.
What you need for the topping:
Generally: whatever you want.

Here in detail:
Tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, spring onion
Baking takes place in a preheated oven at 240°C top and bottom heat, middle rack, for about 12-15 minutes.

Enjoy your pizza bread picture. I wish you bon appétit, a colorful table, and look forward to your comments.
